I had a great experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, a staff member met us at the boat and helped us with our bags. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean towels provided daily. I loved the cute towel animals the maid made each day! The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by local bars and restaurants. It's an ideal spot for travelers looking to experience the lively side of Thailand.

The location was great. Given the range of bad hotels in phi phi, this was not so bad given the price. The bed and room was big and compfortable enough.

We had a cockroach in our room, still given the weather its not as the room was not being cleaned. The toilet was minimal.

I had a great time at this hotel in Thailand. the location was perfect, right at the center of the nightlife and just next to two clubs. It made it so convenient to explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Secondly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They were helpful in picking me up from the boat and ensuring a smooth check-in. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a private terrace in some of them. I loved having my own little outdoor space to relax and unwind. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

All was well, no complaints.

Nothing. The rooms were dirty and old. They smelled damp and the walls were filthy. There was all kinds of insects crawling in the bathroom on the toilet seat and in the sink and the water was a dark brown colour at first. The windows and doors did not seal properly and mosquito nets were not provided. Needless to say we did not stay but lost all the money we spent on the booking anyway. Even though we had only just paid before seeing it. Terrible accommodation.

Room not built very well , could see the ground underneath the floor boards and under doors , no bugs though ! Price - but if u want to stay on a small beautiful island u have to pay the price .

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the thick of the bars and restaurants. The rooms are of good quality and smelled fresh after cleaning every day. The basic amenities provided in the room, like the safety key and the cafe over the road, were convenient and met all our needs. Breakfast at the eating place facing the beach offered a great start to the day.

No improvements needed, everything was alright.

The views from the higher up cabins was very nice.

The wifi was only in the dining area and was very slow could just about check my emails. We stayed for 3 consecutive nights and the room was not cleaned and we got no fresh towels in between.

The location was out of the town centre so not much noise heard. A nice 10 minute walk into town.

The room did not get cleaned once in 5 nights we stayed. The food at breakfast was terrible. The cost of it all came in at £28 per night which is not cheap by Thai standards. For this price we got stained bed sheets, no room cleaning, no bin emptying and a dirty bathroom. It would have been more joyful staying under a banana leaf than staying here.

Great location - right in the heart of the party district and just a two-minute walk from the beach. Modern and clean rooms - despite being somewhat enclosed, the rooms were well-maintained and had a contemporary feel. Good value for money - considering the prices of other hotels in the area, this hotel offered competitive rates. Convenient breakfast location - although served at a separate place facing the beach, the breakfast was basic but satisfying.

Noise at night due to nearby bars - those sensitive to noise may find it disruptive, but the lively atmosphere is expected in this bustling area.

Offered a free buffet breakfast that was not part of the booking. Rooms were nice, but very basic. Staff was very warm and helpfull for anything we needed

Very hard to locate. Had to check in at the resort next door but luckily for us one of their staff members told us this before we walked up the hill. Oh yeah, it is up on a hill outside of town but only a 5 minute walk from everything.
